This blog is focused on the descendants of John O'Neill and Esther Ashmore of County Carlow, Ireland.
The majority of the descendants will be from Hugh O'Neill and Deborah Joyce, who left Ireland, ca 1805, and settled in what is now Noble County, Ohio.
I inherited this glass serving bowl from the Thomas O'Neill family of Summerfield, Noble County, Ohio. Thomas was the father of my grandmother Lena O'Neill Bowen.
