This blog is focused on the descendants of John O'Neill and Esther Ashmore of County Carlow, Ireland.
The majority of the descendants will be from Hugh O'Neill and Deborah Joyce, who left Ireland, ca 1805, and settled in what is now Noble County, Ohio.

58. Hugh O'Neill, Floyd Co., IN, Land Purchase
I just found this land purchase that places Hugh O'Neill, brother of Alexander, in Jefferson Co., KY, in 1839. Now I have to find out what happened to the property. Maybe have to go to New Albany!
