91. Hugh O'Neill Deed to John O'Neill, County Carlow, 1779

O'Neail to O'Neal Registered 19th of November 1779 at 12 noon.



A Memorial of an Indenture bearing date the Twenty eighth day

of September, one thousand seven hundred and fifty four and made

Between Hugh O’Neaile of Clonmore in the County of Carlow and John

O’Neail of Raheenwood in said County of xxxxxx?  Whereby the said

Hugh O’Neaile did demises? and sell? to the said John O’Neail

All that and those, the Dwelling house out houses and other ?land about said

house and which he the said Hugh O’Neail then stood xxxx  xxx

the said ?premises with all its xxxx, way and water courses unto

the said John O’Neail xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx for and

during the time or xxx life or lives, that he hath xx well have

of the same at the yearly rent of Six pounds Sterlg payable half yearly

on every twenty fifth day of March and twenty ninth day of September

the first payment to be made on the twenty fifth of March then xxx with other

Clauses xxx which said deed xx xx xx by Mathew Woods late of Fennagh

Schoolmaster deced  Thos Bradley of Borudurragh, farmer, and Bryan Byrne

late of Clonmore Victualler deced all in the Co. of Carlow and this memorial

thereof is witnessed by the said Thos Bradley and by Luke Ashmore of Raheenwood

xxxxx farmer  ---- Jn O’Neail (Seal) Signed and sealed in presence of Thos

Bradley Luke Ashmore    



The above named Thos Bradley maketh oath

that he saw the above named Hugh O’Neail & John O’Neail duly seal & execute the above mentd Deed of which the above writing is a xxx xxx xxx  xxxx xxx

Thos Bradley so subscribed as a witness to the said deed and memorial in this dept

proper name and handwriting Thos Bradley Sworn before me at the City of

taking  xxxx in the Exchequer in the presence of two xx xxx xxx Justices of the

peace xxx xxx xxx   xx  Byrne one of the xxx who knows the xx xxx xxx  xxx
